ABOUT ME
I have a background in corporate events, having worked for the pharmaceutical industry for thirteen years. A lot of my work involved planning CME meetings as well as conferences for medical professionals and colleagues. I also set up exhibits and booths during medical conventions and plan foreign trips for my clients.
I graduated cum laude from the University of the Philippines with a Bachelors Degree in Political Science and I am currently studying Special Events Planning at Fanshawe College, London.
While working full-time, I was able to put up, along with my cousins, a passion project. We loved planning and throwing amazing parties for our kids, nieces, and nephews that it was a natural transition from hobby to business. We put up an event styling business that catered to themed children’s parties. We’ve had the business for more than 10 years now and we continue to learn new ways of pushing ourselves and thinking outside the box.
All of the artifacts found here are photos of our designs and actual event setups here in London. Volunteering for several different events and organizations during my first two terms has taught me a lot and I value the experience I’ve been given so far.

Paskong Pinoy
A Hollywood-themed Christmas event for the Filipino community here in London. My cousin and I are the event planners for this Christmas gala held at the London Ukrainian Centre for 300 guests. We launched the social media campaign, created the event flow and program as well as all aspects of the event. VIP tickets are $45 while regular tickets are $30.

iFast Play Day
This fundraiser, held at the Oxford Campus aimed to provide a fun-filled day for the students while raising money to fund our CAPSTONE Projects next term. I was on the decor committee and was in charge of the build-up letters and balloons.

I was one of only three people who knew what the baby's gender was & I was responsible for the gender reveal & party decor.

Nistal Baby Shower
We were hired to plan and decorate a friend's baby shower. We did the balloons as well as the dessert table.

We decorated the venue for a reception for a baby boy's baptism. We did balloons as well as the dessert table.

An 18th Birthday is a special occasion. A debutante's ball is every girl's dream. We decorated the venue and did the tablescape as well.

CREDENTIALS
INTERNATIONAL ENTRANCE SCHOLARSHIP AWARDEE
I was awarded one of Fanshawe's International Entrance Scholarships last February 2019. I was among other international students given the distinct recognition.
BACHELORS DEGREE IN POLITICAL SCIENCE
In 2005,I graduated with honors from the University of the Philippines with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science. I initially planned to study law afterwards but did not pursue it.
SPECIAL EVENT PLANNING
I'm currently in my third term of studying Special Event Planning at Fanshawe College. I am also planning a Christmas gala for 300 people on December 7th. I am passionate about events and I look forward to gaining more experience in the industry.
